Good News: I rang Greg to confirm and mentioned our wait list and he said it was ok for the extra five people :-)
Meetup: At this stage meet in the area outside car at 540pm where the white cushions are
As discussed on the LCA mail list there is a Computer Museum at Smythesdale

When: Tuesday 19th January, around 5:45pm Where: Lynch Street, Smythesdale
The curator has kindly agreed to let us in for a tour on Tuesday evening after the conference, aiming for around 17:45. He has asked that we cap numbers to 20. Entry is $5.
This only gives 15 minutes from end of last session so may need to consider shifting back to 6pm

As we are car pooling people will need to organise someone to go with. At this stage we have two confirmed cars so need at least one more
Attendance
By my estimation so far we need additional carspace for maybe 8-10 more people - please indicate you might be able to travel with. Random car allocations have been done, but this is just for assigning numbers. Probably will be first in best dressed on the night.
